SWEEP's collection network has been the 71 SARCAN depots in Saskatchewan. Through consultation with the Institutional, Commercial & Industrial (ICI) sector it was recognized, that there was a need for expanded collection service specifically for the ICI sector.

To address this issue, SWEEP has designed an Enhanced Collection Program to assist the ICI sector.
